目的研究了枸杞子最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法进行了提取工艺的研究,并采用紫外-可见分光光度法分别测定其中总黄酮和枸杞多糖的含量。结果正交试验表明较优的总黄酮提取条件为8倍量80%乙醇提取2次,每次1h,合并水提物得到的枸杞子提取物总黄酮含量高达5%,枸杞多糖含量高达3%。结论本实验研究的枸杞子提取物制备工艺简便、环保经济。 |
