目的比较两种方法在山楂水提取液精制中的效果,研究微滤-超滤联用技术取代传统醇沉法用于精制山楂水提取液的可能性。方法本实验采用醇沉法和微滤-超滤联用技术两种工艺精制山楂水提取液,观察其澄明度,测定总固体得率,并采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,比较醇沉法和微滤-超滤联用技术的优劣。结果微滤-超滤联用技术处理的山楂水煎液的除杂率及有效成分得率均优于醇沉法。结论微滤-超滤法联用技术可替代传统的醇沉法精制山楂水煎液。 |
