| 目的观察电针刺激督脉穴位治疗肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法将78例肌筋膜炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例采用电针刺激督脉穴位;对照组采用传统针刺治疗。结果治疗组痊愈24例,显效10例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组痊愈8例,显效11例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.3%。治疗组在改善疼痛方面与对照组比较,其评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论电针以取督脉穴为主治疗肌筋膜炎效果显著,是治疗本病的较佳疗法。 |
