| 目的观察槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗婴幼儿肾病综合征的临床疗效,探讨其预防反复感染的作用机理。方法 56例婴幼儿肾病综合征随机分成两组,对照组按西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒,观察两组治疗后临床指标及1年内感染及复发情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗组1年内感染及复发次数,尿蛋白转阴时间均较对照组明显减少(P<0.01),治疗4个月后治疗组ALB、IgG、IgA均较对照组明显升高,IgE明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比较,治疗组较对照组均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论槐杞黄颗粒细胞免疫及体液免疫均有明显调节作用,对婴幼儿肾病综合征有辅助治疗作用。能有效地预防感染性合并症及反复发生。 |
