| 目的观察林荫银莲花花粉形态特征并确定其染色体数目和倍性,为揭示其不同地域的居群差别提供资料,为药物的孢粉学鉴定和细胞学鉴定提供依据。方法应用扫描电子显微镜观察花粉的形态,采用常规压片法观察根尖的染色体。结果林荫银莲花的花粉粒形态为扁球形,具有6-7个萌发沟,表面有小刺状纹饰,还有一些微小的小孔;花粉大小:极轴长度为17.96-22.95μm,赤道轴长度为21.75-28.05μm。染色体基数为7,核型公式为2n=2x=12m+2 t(sat)。结论林荫银莲花是银莲花属系统演化中处于中间地位的一个物种,偏向于原始类群。 |
