      目的观察林荫银莲花花粉形态特征并确定其染色体数目和倍性,为揭示其不同地域的居群差别提供资料,为药物的孢粉学鉴定和细胞学鉴定提供依据。方法应用扫描电子显微镜观察花粉的形态,采用常规压片法观察根尖的染色体。结果林荫银莲花的花粉粒形态为扁球形,具有6-7个萌发沟,表面有小刺状纹饰,还有一些微小的小孔;花粉大小:极轴长度为17.96-22.95μm,赤道轴长度为21.75-28.05μm。染色体基数为7,核型公式为2n=2x=12m+2 t(sat)。结论林荫银莲花是银莲花属系统演化中处于中间地位的一个物种,偏向于原始类群。

      Objective To provide data on the population difference of Anemone flaccida Fr.Schmidt in different regions by observing the morphological characteristics of its pollen and to confirm its chromosome numbers and ploidy.And to provide basis for cytological and Palynology identification for the herb.Methods Pollen morphological characteristics were observed by scanning electron microscope,and karyotype was analyzed by squashing method on the cells of root tips under optical microscope.Results Pollen grains were...
