| 目的研究从茶叶下脚料中提取纯化茶多酚的工艺条件和参数。方法以茶多酚为考察指标,考察大孔树脂富集茶叶下脚料中茶多酚的最佳工艺。结果采用HPD100大孔树脂分离纯化,茶叶提取物上样浓度为10 mg/mL,吸附流速为2 mL/m in,洗脱剂为50%乙醇,洗脱剂用量为3.5倍量树脂体积,洗脱流速为2 mL/m in。在此条件下,所得提取物中茶多酚含量达45%以上。结论该法可较好富集茶叶下脚料中茶多酚。 |

| Objective To research the technological conditions and parameters for extraction and purification for polyphenol tea leftover.Method The tea polyphenol was taken as the index of the test,in order to obtain the optimum extract condition of tea polyphenol from the offal of tea with macroporous absorption resins.Results Using the HPD100,the concentration of the extracts from the tea was 10 mg/mL,the absorption velocity was 2 mL/min,50% ethanol as elutng solvent,elution volume was 3.5 times volume of macroporou... |
