| 目的探讨泌感宁胶囊的组方研究和制备工艺,建立质量标准。方法根据中医药理论进行组方研究。运用半浸膏制粒法制备胶囊剂。采用薄层色谱法(thin-layer chromatography,TCL)对处方中黄柏phellodendron amure、川牛膝radices cyathulae进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对金钱草desmodium、半枝莲Sculellaria barbata进行含量测定。结果 TCL检出黄柏、川牛膝,经专属性、重复性考察,适合二者的鉴别试验。高效液相色谱法规定泌感宁胶囊中山奈素含量每粒不低于40μg/g,有效控制了成品质量。结论本制剂组方合理,制备方法符合中医传统用药习惯,所建立的检测方法简便可行,可用于泌感宁胶囊的质量标准控制。 |
