| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补肾健脾活血方对绝经后骨质疏松症患骨转换主要生化标志物的影响。方法：选用6月龄SD雌性大鼠84只，随机分成正常组，假手术组，模型组，中药对照组，西药对照组，补肾健脾活血方大，小剂量组共7组，用卵巢切除的方法进行物造模，给药90天后检测血清E2、BGP和尿DPD等指标进行观察，结果：补肾健脾活血方能明显增加血清E2，BGP的含量，降低尿DPD含量（P＜0．01），其作用优越于西药雌激素治疗，且与剂量呈正相关。结论：补肾健脾活血方能促进骨形成，降低骨吸收。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe on the main biochemical index of bone transformation in postmenopausal osteoporosis rats. Methods:84 female rats were divided into 7 groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group, Chinese herb control group, west drug control group, large dose group of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe(large dose group) and small dose group of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe(small dose group). To make model by ablating ovary. After 90 days of treatment to detect the level of E 2 and BGP in serum and DPD in urine. Results: Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe can increase the level of E 2 and BGP in serum and decrease the level of DPD in urine obviously. The effect of large dose group is superior to Chinese herb control group, west drug control group and small dose group. Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe can improve bone formation and decrease bone absorption through effecting the main biochemical index of bone transformation. |
